  • Processing time: We whip up your order in 2 to 7 business days (because good things take time).
  • Once it's ready, it ships! Shipping times depend on where you live:
    • Europe: 5 to 10 business days. Your gear is making its way across the continent!
    • United States: 3 to 4 business days. Blink, and your order’s at your door.
    • Canada: 6 to 10 business days. Our moose-approved delivery system might take a little longer.
    • Rest of the world: 10 to 20 business days. Even in the furthest corners of the globe, your order is en route!

Heads up: Shipping times are estimates and can be affected by things like customs, weather, or if our delivery owls are feeling particularly slow that day (it happens).

Taxes and Customs – The Fine Print

For those of you living outside the European Union, some extra charges like taxes or customs duties might apply when your package arrives. Unfortunately, we don’t have any magical powers over customs fees, so those will be up to you to take care of when your gear gets to your doorstep.


Returns and Exchanges – We’ve Got Your Back

We aim for perfection with every order, but if something’s not right, don’t sweat it—reach out, and we’ll make it right!

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives looking like it went through a boss battle, send us a message within 7 days of delivery. Include:

    • Your order number
    • A description of the issue
    • Photos of the damaged item (we love evidence)

    Once we review it, we’ll either send you a new one or refund your purchase, your choice!

  • Wrong Size? We get it—online shopping can be tricky. Since our items are made to order, we can’t offer free size exchanges, but we’re here to help you choose the right size before you order! Just check out our size guides or contact us for advice.
