At Fungi Freak, all products are made to order especially for you—so we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size.
However, if you order the wrong size, we’re happy to offer you a 15% discount on your next order in the correct size!
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right:
Returns for Defective or Damaged Products
If your item arrives with a defect or damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the problem
After review, we’ll offer you:
- A replacement at no extra cost, or
- A full refund to your original payment method
Size Changes
We can’t accept returns or exchanges for size, as all products are made on demand.
Tip: Please check our size guide before ordering!
But remember—if you ordered the wrong size, just contact us for a 15% discount on your replacement order.
